Intelligence Applied
A personal AI readiness profile.
Built for each job.
Fluency and judgment, demonstrated.
The Opportunity
But that has proved elusive. AI advantage isn't something you install. It's fluency and judgment. And it varies from one individual, one organization, to the next.
One person has built real AI skill and has no way to show it. One organization has emerging AI capability and has no way to see it as a whole. Each needs a way to demonstrate where they are.
WorkPath makes practical fluency visible. It reads how people respond to scenarios drawn from their own work. It turns that into a personal profile, portable and credible. Across a group, those profiles become a shared basis for discussion, development, and action.
"We're not testing what you know about AI. We're reading how you think when AI is part of the work."
What It Is
The WorkPath Profile places you inside realistic workplace situations and reveals how you think. There are no right answers and no trick questions. The result is a personalized written profile: a clear picture of where you are now and what your next growth could look like.
Who It's For
You built your own way of working with AI. No one assigned it, no course conferred it, and nothing on paper says you have it.
WorkPath puts it in writing: where you're strong, where you're still forming, and the one move that would put you ahead.
Use this profile to direct your own development and to demonstrate what you can do.
You built an AI capability. Tools are deployed, budget is committed, a policy may already be written. What you don't have is a read on how well your people are using any of it.
Run WorkPath across a team and the pattern surfaces; set aside an hour and look at it together.
Use this profile to decide about tools, training, and policy from evidence rather than anecdote.
Your work is building AI readiness in the people you serve; the hard part is showing what the program produced. WorkPath runs the same read across every learner, every cohort, every role, so growth is measured the same way wherever you point it.
Respondents leave with scene-by-scene direction drawn from that same standard, not generic AI tips, so the report is a learning resource in itself.
Use this profile to show what your program builds.
How It Works
Baseline
Five scenarios drawn from common workplace moments, the kind where AI tools show up in ordinary work. These establish how you think about AI when it's just part of getting something done.
Role-Specific
Five scenarios that move from the general to the particular: the tasks, decisions, and situations of your own work.
Adaptive
Five scenarios generated from your earlier answers, probing where your thinking was most revealing or where the picture needs more depth. No two people see the same questions.
What We Measure
A working model of what generative AI actually is: a tool that produces plausible output from statistical estimation, not settled fact looked up on command. Strong orientation holds up on unfamiliar ground.
What you hand to AI and what stays your own: sharpening your own thinking, handing off whole tasks, or building automations that carry work beyond you. Strong integration fits that division to the task at hand.
Deciding whether AI belongs and in what role, taking the true measure of what it returns, and owning the result however much AI carried. Scrutiny that rises with the stakes.
What You See
Every completed profile is personalized and written: generated with AI, grounded in your own words, and calibrated to your role and work context.
A Note
I built WorkPath because I kept seeing the same gap.
People are building real skill with AI right now, most often on their own, one step at a time. And they are taking that skill to work. In every setting.
But they and their enterprise don't have a way to demonstrate that ability. Courses certify attendance. Quizzes certify recall. Neither one shows what a person can actually do.
WorkPath isn't built to grade anyone. It's a lens. A person can see their own way of working and share it. An organization can see the whole picture and act on it.
So every scenario here is written for the job it measures. Every profile is built from the respondent's own words.
And when you write to us, I'm the one who answers.
